It has been a long time...
I have become so passionate about photography that flickr takes up most of my spare time now...I have also just recently taken up the hobby of painting...it's something I've wanted to do for years but due to my time being taken up with family, it was not possible.
My father passed away end of last year (I still miss him). My family are all grown up and now I find I have much more time on my hands so I have been doing all the creative things I've always wanted to do...photography, poety and now painting.
I thought I'd post the pictures of the paintings I've done up to date...
I am starting art classes soon so I can't wait to learn properly!
This one I traced the pattern from the material I used in my dresser makeover from a previous post.
It's called 'Leaves a plenty'
This one I painted freehand and it's called
'Wind blown'
This one was one that really wanted to come out...I just painted without thought...it's called
Love grows on trees?'
